I am writing on behalf of the MACRO Committee for the XXIV ICRC Conference. This conference will be held in Rome from August 28 to September 8, 1995.
At this time we are requesting proposals for ICRC papers relating to MACRO. Simply e-mail the title of the paper which you are proposing to account ICRC95 on VAXGS. The deadline for doing this is December 1, 1994.
If your paper is chosen by the committee, you will be our contact for the paper. (According to conference rules, we may contribute a maximum of 10 papers.) All of MACRO will be coauthors, as usual, with specific author names determined by G. Giacomelli and B. Barish.
The contact authors for those papers selected will need to submit an abstract to us by January 15, 1995. The final paper must be received by us on April 1, 1995.
If you submit a proposed title to us, you are implicitly agreeing to meet the January 15 and April 1 deadlines for the abstract and paper. If you do not agree to meet these deadlines, the committee requests that you do not propose to submit a paper. We plan to adhere strictly to these deadlines, without exceptions.
Our committee will notify the contact authors with information on format, style, and length of the abstract and paper.
